Meet Our Old Friends

Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary is a nonprofit organization located in Mt. Juliet, TN, dedicated to providing lifetime high-quality care to senior dogs and placing them into loving forever foster homes.

We have dogs of all sizes and temperaments. Some of our Old Friends are dog-selective and would be happiest as only fur-children or with limited siblings. Some of our Old Friends are part of a bonded pair or trio, meaning they are bonded with another Old Friend (or two) and must be placed into a forever home together. We also have Old Friends with special needs, such as blindness/limited vision or mobility challenges, as well as dogs who are in hospice care or have dementia.

Each of these dogs is special, loving, and looking for their forever home and Geezer Guardians. Click on a photo to learn more about that Old Friend. Please note that dogs are listed in order of when they arrived at the Sanctuary (newest to oldest), rather than alphabetically. Dogs indicated as Lifetime Residents are not available for forever fostering.
