Owen

Owen is a male Yorkie who is absolutely the cutest thing we have ever seen! His lively personality is displayed by his picture and his lack of teeth sometimes cause his tongue to hang out which makes him even more cute! Owen thinks he’s the boss of his new home and his foster mom absolutely adores him. Happy Tails to both!
