  • SHARE AND LOOK FOR COOPER

Middle Tennessee, we need your help!
Our Old Friend Cooper is lost:
- Black lab mix
- 12 years old
- Neutered Male
- Microchipped and wearing a purple/blue “Starbucks” collar

Cooper broke out of his foster home’s fence in Franklin, TN, around 1:30 pm on Wed, Sept 2, 2026. He was last seen Thurs, Sept 3, around 6:45 am, crossing Cool Springs Blvd from Carronbridge Subdivision going into Enclave.

Our foster is devastated and has been actively searching the area. We have had teams of staff and volunteers canvassing the area and posting flyers. Volunteer Drone Services was out on 9/3 to survey the area in hopes of getting another sighting, but unfortunately, we were not successful.

This is where we need your help to be on the lookout for Cooper. He’s more likely to approach another dog, rather than a person. Before coming to the Sanctuary, Cooper lived outside, and it took several weeks to contain him. He’s SMART, active, and super resourceful. If you see him, please text or call 615-618-3750 with a location. Please do NOT chase him.

PLEASE SHARE THIS POST.

If you want to contribute to the costs associated with the search and care of Cooper and all our Old Friends, please donate link in bio 🔗
  • ☀️ Senior Spotlight: Hazel ☀️

Hazel is proof that being a senior doesn’t mean slowing down. This energetic girl loves being where the action is and would happily spend her days by her person’s side. Whether it’s going for walks, exploring, or simply hanging out together, Hazel wants to be included in it all! Hazel can be selective with her canine friends, so slow and proper introductions are important when meeting other dogs. She’s also good with cats. Hazel does have B1 heart disease, so keeping up with her heart care is an important part of helping this sweet girl continue to thrive. With her big personality, active spirit, and love for her people, Hazel has so much to offer. We’d love for you to get to know our Senior Spotlight of the month!
