Beasley & Caesar

As told by our Assistant Manager of Dog Care, his favorite person ever, “Beasley was one of a kind. He chose his company carefully but, once you became his friend, he loved you with his whole heart. In his mind, he was the biggest dog at the sanctuary, and wouldn’t think twice about taking on anything (or anyone) that got in his way. Beasley was the silliest, most stubborn old man. He gave the best cuddles, and I will miss him forever. But I know his other half, Caesar, is with him on the other side. So go find the fluffiest couch and the yummiest marshmallows, boys. I will love you always.”

Sweet, precious Caesar was a very special and loved boy. Believing himself to be King of It All, he chose his friends carefully and his humans even more so. Those he did choose, he loved deeply. His personality was disproportionately larger than his small stature, and it certainly made him stand out. Caesar is greatly missed by all of the humans who had the pleasure of knowing him. Hail, Caesar!
