“Greetings, I’m Big Bear! I’m a 12-year old black & tan German Shepherd and have been told that makes me a very handsome guy. I’m quiet and gentle, enjoy taking naps, and am both dog- and people-friendly. As far as my health goes, I’m anemic and get a monthly iron injection. I also have hypothyroidism, but for that I just take a daily supplement. Otherwise, I am quite healthy! I am so pleased to have gone home with my perfect Geezer Guardians; we are meant to be and I couldn’t be happier! I’ve been welcomed into a large family with many other pups and a large yard for me to explore! And, best of both worlds, I’ll still see my Old Friends family once a week for physical therapy! Happy days!”
