Cicada

“Oh, hello! I’m Cicada, but don’t worry – I’m not anything like the bugs I share my name with! I’m an energetic gal who loves to go for walkies, sunbathe, play with toys, and interact with other dogs. I’m people-friendly, too! A heads up: I initially gravitate more towards women than men (probably due to a bad experience in my past), but once I’ve had some time to adjust and trust I’ll warm up just fine. I do have a mast cell tumor on my back left paw that has traveled to the lymph node in my leg but has not spread any farther than that yet. It’s being monitored by the great vet staff here and doesn’t keep me from living a full and fun life! I’m so grateful and happy to have found a loving home in which to spend the rest of my days doing just that!”
