From his Geezer Guardians: “Doug’s time with us was full of love and proof of just how resilient our seniors can be. Despite being blind, deaf, having a bad heart, and only a few teeth, Doug wouldn’t let anything stop him from doing exactly what he wanted. Doug loved to fight with his Papa for even an hour before cuddling up and licking an entire arm. He loved to sass his Mama almost as much as he loved Dentastixs. Doug woke up each day with a grumpy charm that endeared him to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing him. For those staff who loved him as much as we did, we will be forever thankful. We’ll never forget you, Bubbub. Until we meet again little Doug bug.”
