Fred

As told by one of our PT staff, “Fred may have been small, but his personality made him the biggest in the room. He was a feisty little dude, but once you got to know him you’d find out that he was the absolute sweetest and just wanted someone to cuddle. Watching Fred open up his heart and letting his personality shine is something I’ll never forget and will forever miss.”
