“Why, hello there! I’m Freda, a 9-year old Chihuahua-terrier mix! I’m full of spunk and have a very sassy personality. I can be a bit people-selective, however, once I find my people, I smother them with kisses! After nearly two years at the sanctuary, I’m so pleased to have finally found my forever family!! I am so grateful to have been given the opportunity at a wonderful home, and I am certain this is it! Thank you for opening your hearts and home to me!”
