Hazel

Well hello there! I go by the name of Hazel, and I’m an old Chihuahua with a heart full of warmth. While I may be a bit shy with people at first, I promise to take my time to get to know you, and once I do, you’ll have a friend for life. I’m a friendly pup, and I’ve even made lots of dog buddies here! Now, being an old lady, my back legs may not be in tip-top shape, but that just means I get to savor every moment as I explore my surroundings at a more leisurely pace, which I quite enjoy. You know, I’ve got this endearing quirk – I love being held like a baby and gently rocked to sleep. It’s my little luxury in this golden stage of life. Oh, and speaking of life’s pleasures, naps and treats are absolute delights for me (but then again, which dog doesn’t adore them?). I’m delighted to report that I’ve found my Geezer Guardian, and she happens to be one of OFSDS’ amazing staff members! I’m settling in with new siblings Old Friends Notch, Buddy, Dottie and Winchester!”
