“Hey there, folks! I’m Mikey, the Havenese mix,  one of the recent arrivals here at the PAWVillians. My journey here began with three other buddies from our previous home, and let me tell you, it was quite the adventure. Each of us required hefty medical care—I even had to bid farewell to all of my teeth! Plus, a proper grooming session was in order to remove some pesky mats. Given our past struggles, I’m a tad cautious around people, but deep down, I’m a sweetheart who gets along with everyone, furry friends and humans alike. While I may initially keep my distance, I’m slowly warming up to the idea of cuddles and pats. You’ll often find me observing from afar, but I’ve started to explore the joys of playtime and companionship with my pals here. I’m becoming more confident every day! Little pupdate: I found my Geezer Guardian after a few successful sleepover playdates at her place. She is patient with me while I’m settling in to my new space!”
