Nelson

From his Geezer Guardians: “Nelson aka Budsy Wudsy passed peacefully at home in his favorite napping room as we covered him with snuggles, nuzzles and gentle pets. Nelson lived a full four-year retirement with us where he enjoyed daily walks while slowly taking in the smorgasbord of smells in our neighborhood, happening upon a wide assortment of kitchen and dining room floor snacks (greatly assisted by our toddler), enjoying lazy days dozing next to the river at our family’s farm, and lengthy naps all over the house both inside and out. Nelson was an instant sensation in our lives, bringing countless smiles to ourselves and those we encountered as he sniffed his way all over our community and over 10+ states on our road trips. His unique coat, soft fur, and old man demeanor endeared him to everyone who met him. He will be dearly missed. The sweet memories of him exploring the countryside, getting into snack shenanigans, and being the best pup for our daughter to grow up with will remain forever with us.”
