A few words from his caretakers: “Roscoe was the best door guardian, always waiting to greet you with his wonderful smile and the sweetest kisses. He loved goofing around and making the physical rehab team chase him around the room during his laser therapy treatments. Being outdoors was his favorite, and even though he was blind it didn’t stop him from enjoying nature, especially in his wagon! Roscoe didn’t believe in personal space, with dogs or people, and his joyful spirit was pure and contagious. He was always in good spirits until the end and brought so much joy to all who loved him.”
